CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • To Cancel:
    1. Log in to your account on our website.
    2. Visit the “My Account” page, select the order, and cancel it.
    3. Alternatively, contact our support team by emailing your order number and contact details to contact@panachemode.com.au.

HOW TO RETURN?

  • Email your complete order details along with your contact number to contact@panachemode.com.au.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Products are eligible for return/replacement under the 7-day return policy if the return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery and meets the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a damaged or defective condition (Photographic or video evidence required).
  • The item does not match the description or image displayed on the website.

Note:

  • Oxidized/ethnic/artificial jewelry products may have slight design variations, which are natural, and will not be considered valid for exchange or return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this time will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • The product must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Non-eligible conditions for return:

  • Physical damage to the product or its packaging.
  • Used, washed, altered, tampered, or soiled products.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for selectable variants under these conditions:

  • The product must be returned in unused and resalable condition with original packaging.
  • Once we receive and approve the product, the exchanged item will be shipped to you.
  • Shipping Cost: One-time shipping cost for the exchange is to be borne by the customer.
  • If the product is returned in unsellable condition, a 25% to 50% deduction on the MRP will apply before processing the exchange.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

Refunds are processed based on the payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued within 4-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • COD Orders: Refunds via cheque or NEFT transfer will be processed within 7-15 business days.

HOW TO SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

Instructions for shipping returned products will be included in the confirmation email sent after your return request is approved.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed as per the specified options. Please note that return shipping charges and any deductions (if applicable) will be adjusted in the final refund.
