TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Can I open the package before accepting delivery?

  • As per company policy, packages cannot be opened before acceptance. If you have concerns after receiving the package, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

What happens if I’m unavailable to accept the delivery?
